Emission Test Held on Jl. Boulevard Barat Raya

North Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. (Sudin LH) held vehicle emission test, either for private or public transportation on Jl. Boulevard Barat Raya, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

For vehicle passing this emission test, will be given a sticker

North Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. Head, Slamet Riyadi said, this emission test is according to Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 2/2005 about Air Pollution Control.

"Emission test is held from 8 A.M. to 3 P.M. We hope at least there are 700 vehicles can be tested," he said on Tuesday (5/2).

5,000 Vehicles Targeted to Undergo Emission Test

He explained that emission test in North Jakarta is held for three days in three different lanes. There are on Jl. Boulevard Raya, Kelapa Gading; Jl. Danay Sunter Selatan, Tanjung Priok; and Jl. Benyamin Sueb, Pademangan.

"For vehicle passing this emission test, will be given a sticker. While the failed one, we will recommend to repair it," he closed.
